Cathleen is highly intuitive and efficient. She is mindful of cost and has high integrity- not just about billing but also in her professiinal values. She knows the law very well and I consider her incredibly smart. If you let her do a job, trust her to do it well and not inundate her with needless e...mails and phone calls, she will do a great job, and you won't spend extra money. I will forever be grateful to Cathleen. She stepped in for us and took over a complicated case that our previous lawyer had continuously dropped the ball on. The other parent in this case was breaking the court order and trying to keep the children from us by denying parenting time and phone contact,... among other things. Cathleen recognized what was best for the children and didn't write us off because of the complexities in our case. Our previous lawyer told us it would be nearly impossible to hold the other parent accountable because we lived in another state and that we should accept that they will have "control" of the children until they are 18.
