Steven O'Brien was born and raised in Stillwater, MN and in 2009 formed the Law Office of Steven M. O'Brien in the heart of his hometown. Steve received his bachelors degree with a major in finance from the University of St. Thomas and his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA.
Steve's practice focuses on transactions and litigation of matters relating to business and commercial law, real property law, employment law, consumer law, estate planning and probate, and property tax appeals.
Steve is an active member of a number of organizations, including the Minnesota Bar Association (Business, Real Property and Tax Sections), Ramsey County Bar Association, Washington County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Stillwater Lions Club and the Stillwater Area Chamber of Commerce.
