We had a scheduled hearing in front of the Judge and she failed to show up for the hearing. This was after I'd already paid thousands of dollars for her to prepare for the case. With her not showing up, I of course lost the case. About the only item the law firm did on time was send me invoices to make sure I paid (and I had to pay in advance). And no, even though she didn't show and the Judge in his summary decision wrote a "flame-throwing" review of her lack of professionalism, the firm refused to refund any of my money. I obviously never used this law firm again.

This attorney has personally represented me in multiple criminal cases, including an appearance at the mn court of appeals. Me and my family strongly recommend both ms. Ackerman and her firm. It is well known in the local area that if you want conscientious representation and a solid chance of winning, these are the people you call.
