Biography
Attorney Rhiley O’Rourke is a Minnesota native. Her passion to help others and empathy have guided her to where she is today. Rhiley will always take that extra step to listen and discern what her clients need and advocate on their behalf.
Prior to joining the firm, Rhiley was a victim witness advocate for two years at the Milwaukee County Courthouse, where she helped numerous individuals to navigate complex situations. From there, Rhiley attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law. There, she participated in moot court and was the executive director of Mitchell Hamline’s Self-Help Clinic, which focuses on criminal expungements and family law matters.
Rhiley is licensed in Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
