Terrible. I don’t know what he was like as an attorney but anyone who gets assigned this guy as a judge I feel sorry for. He is very biased, will have his mind made up about you before you even get a chance to show yourself before he, he will very rudely interrupt you like a 9 year old child does, ...will not take into consideration anything that looks good on your defense and has admitted, well in my HRO proceeding he admitted he knows a lot of people who have gone to treatment and snuck cell phones in to the facility which makes me wonder how credible a man who hangs out with such people are to even be in the position he is in. I never hired or consulted. I picked consulted to post my two cents since he felt the need to be so inconsiderate of me to shut me down and be deceived by the respondent of my HRO on everything I had to say and for throwing everything I had to prove out. I sure wouldn’t shed a tear if he pulled a Robin Williams on himself.
