Mr. Anderson served as the estate lawyer for my father, and I had to hire a second lawyer to resolve all the issues he created. For example, Mr. Anderson wrote a will that neglected to indicate who was the beneficiary of all the goods in a second house, and this became part of a legal challenge by o...ne sibling's wife. When my lawyer asked him about this, Mr. Anderson suggested she seek an interpretation from a judge...when he wrote the will. And, the estate was never closed because Mr. Anderson neglected to file the final papers. He gave me an email address but never responded to emails, nor did he return calls.
