John H. Wallace III

My name is Jon K. I had John Wallace for past 2 years on a very serious felony charge and on felony revocation. John Wallace researched my case and interviewed witnesses leading to my release from jail. I also avoided going to prison because John Wallace found evidence that a female accuser had c...hanged her story leading to that felony charges being totally dismissed. My three previous lawyers would not listen to me. John Wallace did excellent and I can't thank him enough or ask more from a lawyer.

In my opinion it is far from fair for a public defender to take a criminal case and then never take the time to discuss the case. Trying to even initiate contact with him is like a game of phone tag. He tells you to call him back because he is busy, then you call him back and he either doesn't answ...er, or is busy again. Rinse and repeat for many days without ever getting a chance to discuss matters that are seriously important. Of course the legal system is far from fair to those without money or possibility to win money in the lawsuit at stake since then the lawyer will be motivated to work hard. So my poor rating is not just to the fact that I got what I paid for, but, to this man's lack of respect to other people to at least spend a respectable amount of his time to do a decent job as a professional should!
