Let's see. John did you take a little money under the table? I'm sure you for something for it. I lost my case. I never did what I was charged with. 2nd degree indangering someones safety. The guy dies from cancer. Not from anything I did. Cause I'm innocent. He calls me Dec. SOMETIME !! Says they ...settled for a mistermeaner bail jumping no fine no jail Hmm. Thats funny. I gota disorderly an I was charged with a year probation. An judge threatens me an says I belong in prison. Remember I never did what the charge with. An I put faith in John. He shows up at nine while I waited a half hr for him. He tells me in my ear he's tired of driving to wausau. So let's finish it. So I did. An now on probation for a year. Threatened by judge I should be in prison. Yeah put a guy in prison for doing nothing wrong. I even had a witness. So I'm trying to figure out what my disorderly was about. Cause no one told me. So if you want a good lawyer it's not John. He puts a show on. But he couldn't even win my case when I was innocent. I'm not an angry individual like the judge says. First of all he don't know me. I waisted three years on a bull sh** charge an get put on probation. Thanks John. Cause you didn't want to do your job. Last words John says. To me. You can handle a year probation. True but I never did nothing wrong. An lied to me about the plea. Thanks. Lawyers judges cops. Doctors everyone now a days don't care for the truth. Now I have more lies on my records that makes me look like a monster.

I hired John Wallace as a divorce attorney. He is cheaper then most attorneys and you get what you pay. I would not recommend him to anyone and I would NEVER hire him again. He is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever met! He will talk about your case to tons of other people instead of his cl...ient. He is so disorganized and losing the information he asks you to get and makes you do it several times due to his unorganized mess! He tells you what he is going to do to help you in your case and doesn't follow through! He is a compulsive liar and tells you he did things and in reality he hasn't. He will forge your signature and tell the judge and other attorney that his client has agreed! He is absolutely useless!

I had the misfortune of being assigned John Wallace for a case involving what should have been a misdemeanor entry into a lockbox and theft, the DA also charged possession of burglarious tools (which is a felony) even though what happened was in no way a burglary (taking money from a machine during... open business hours) not to excuse what I did, just not a felony, however despite my many tries to get ahold of him prior to the hearing to tell him I didnt think it was right to plea to that I was unable to reach him. I wrote to him that I didn't want to plea to that charge and despite everything I get in the courtroom and he tells me there is nothing he can do. I am now a felon, stripped of my 2nd Amendment rights, for something that should of been a misdemeanor. Wish I had an attorney who would of fought even a little. Sorry but if you get assigned him by the court, don't expect much.

In my opinion it is far from fair for a public defender to take a criminal case and then never take the time to discuss the case. Trying to even initiate contact with him is like a game of phone tag. He tells you to call him back because he is busy, then you call him back and he either doesn't answ...er, or is busy again. Rinse and repeat for many days without ever getting a chance to discuss matters that are seriously important. Of course the legal system is far from fair to those without money or possibility to win money in the lawsuit at stake since then the lawyer will be motivated to work hard. So my poor rating is not just to the fact that I got what I paid for, but, to this man's lack of respect to other people to at least spend a respectable amount of his time to do a decent job as a professional should!
