Attorney Patrick Scharmer was born and raised in Wisconsin, having spent most of his youth in Stevens Point. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, he spent time in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison before returning to Central Wisconsin in 2018.
He studied law at Concord Law School where he graduated with highest honors and received multiple awards during his time there. Pat focuses his practice primarily on Social Security Disability but also assists clients with estate planning and elder law matters.
Pat understands the struggles his clients face – his mother suffered from the debilitating effects of multiple sclerosis for over 30 years. Watching her strength through such adversity taught him to never give up – after losing all use of her legs and arms, she learned to write with her mouth and use a computer.
When not working, Pat spends his time with his wife, Beth, and their two children. He also enjoys spending time reading, watching movies, hiking and running with his wife, swimming, and occasionally scuba diving with his son.
