Like he wasn't even there
I acquired Rod through my Public Defenders office Oneida County. I didn't meet him until my Preliminary Hearing in which we waved it. I had hoped to drag out my court process but we went to arraignment immediately. After court I was presented with a warrant from Brown County. I was given a court date...

Replied last September 15, 2016This review is utterly ridiculous. The client never once called me asking about her case. To say she called twice a week is a joke. Client showed up nearly 30 min. late for court, and never contacted myself or the court to let us know she'd be late. I told the judge the client was probably in the Brown County Jail, as I last saw her being taken into custody on a Brown County warrant. It turns out she wasn't. Simple mistake, easily corrected. No harm done.
