I would absolutely recommend Attorney Jeff Morrell to anyone needing a divorce or child custody lawyer. He was thorough in his explanations of each stage of my case and helped guide me through the process in far more detail than I expected. I always felt as though the information that he told me was... thought out and researched. Definitely felt as though I got my moneys worth when working with him.

Jeff was so comforting and helpful in navigating my divorce. He always returned my calls, cheered me up, and provided the legal guidance I needed to get through each part. He is fierce negotiator but let me know when fighting was costing me more than I would get. Definitely cares more about his clien...t than he does his fees.

When I signed up for representation, the person who took care of my agreement for representation provided information that was not accurate. They said my timeframe for representation would not start until I met with my attorney. Two months went by, and I got emails for payment for my next stage payme...nt when I had not even heard from my lawyer yet. That is when I called and actually found out who they gave me as a lawyer. They extended my timeframe thankfully. However, twice my financial statement had errors that should have been caught by the firm. They provided me with an appraisal person that I paid for, and he never even finished the appraisal of my property. I had emailed my lawyer and his paralegal several times asking questions and getting no responses. I was not provided any valuable information by them at all. I had representation for 6 months and all that was done was one phone call between me and my lawyer, they requested my husband to fill out the financial disclosure and mine and they sent that in, and drafted a child placement agreement that me and my soon to be ex-husband came up with ourselves. And they provided me an appraiser that could not even do the job. I definitely would never choose this option for representation ever again. Now I am down $10,000 for a couple forms being submitted and not even close to being ready for court that we had to postpone.
