Kyle J. Sargent

In the very beginning of my case, Kyle seemed like he was going to be a great lawyer. He was compassionate and understanding, while at the same time very practical and straightforward with his advice. However, as my case progressed, I frequently felt like he paid little attention to it, came to meeti...ngs unprepared, rarely responded to messages, and I often had to basically remind him who I was and what we were fighting for. He asked questions that as my lawyer he should have known the answers to, barely made it to a court hearing and was clearly nervous and shaken the entire time - and didn't fight for a single thing we had discussed prior to that date. I ended up losing my case in a huge way, and in large parts I blame him for it. He did the absolute bare minimum of his job, if that, and I wish I had never hired him or given his firm my money. What a complete waste!
