was not let down

I hired this attorney to help me with a class a misdemeanor that I was facing. He was able to get me into probation vs going to jail and that is exactly what I wanted him to do. While on probation my po officer told me I couldn't go on vacation but I remembered Joe telling me to call him with any que...stions or concerned. Sure enough, he assured me he would do what he could to make things possible. Sure enough he went back to court with me and got my probation rules lifted for me to go! He really made me feel like he was looking for my best interest 100%.

Very unprofessional. Be aware...

I was arrested & charged for a crime (misdemeanor) i did not commit. I was all excited to fight it and bring out the truth. And then I was appointed Mr. Hildebrand by the court because I could not afford an attorney. His services as a lawyer are worthless. This was the first time I got in trouble and... people say public defenders are a joke. He is worse. It's no joke when your fate is in the hands of someone that doesn't care. He missed our first hearing, he spoke very fast and was impatient. He wanted me to plead guilty and take a deal to serve time in jail and probation, didn't care to hear what I wanted to do nor did he belive I was innocent, didn't care, wanted to hurry and finish our meeting after court.. - this was before he looked at the evidence... I was losing sleep thinking that I actually may be charged and have my record reuined. I finally talked to the da who was a lot of help, more than my attorney. And ended up getting a deferred prosecution. Basically I was able to just check in with the da every month, and not have any negative police contact for a year and the charges were thrown out after a year.

Great, affordable defense attorney

Mr. Hildebrand was extremely focused on detail which is very important to me. I felt he handled my criminal case very well. I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of criminal defense. Not only is he a great attorney but Joe has a wonderful personality. Joe really knows what he is doing i...n the courtroom.
