Hello,
My name is Attorney Monica M. Chase. I appreciate the kind review that was written by a former client when I was in private practice for the Law Firm of Dallenbach, Anich and Wickman, SC out of Ashland, Wisconsin. As much as I loved working for that amazing firm I recently become the Attorney for the Lac Courte Oreilles Child Support Program. I now represent the Tribal Government's Child Support Program and do not take on private clients. The reason I claimed this profile is:
It has come to my attention that my information and specifically, this Avvo account, is being used by an imposter. Apparently this imposter is calling herself/himself Monica Chase and claiming to be an attorney who lives in Napa, California. That person uses my information to bash/troll businesses online. This Monica Chase is fake! I have not ever had anything to do with dog show businesses and have never belonged to any facebook forums. I have never lived anywhere other than Wisconsin and do not practice law in any other state than Wisconsin.
Apparently this person claimed in front of $28,000 people at a Dog Show that she is me in order to publicly bash the business. This is false and I have reported it as false. I have also reported the fake facebook account that accompanies this imposter. If it continues I intend to contact the FBI to report the stealing of my identity.
Please send me an email if you have had the type of contact explained above by someone claiming to be Attorney Monica Chase with this Avvo profile. If I need to take this to the police I will need all of the information that you have.
