Unhelpful. Couldn't be bothered to explain the real estate forms. Asking for clarification, provoked anger. Said they would "snail-mail" us the legal forms. Then, emailed us different forms, then we expected. Not all of us, Got the same forms. Very difficult, to get a timely response, from this...
