Ryan J. Moertel

Got in physical altercation with a bouncer at a bar and was facing a felony battery charge. Initially consulted with Ryan Moertel and he was professional but also very easy to talk to. Ryan did everything in his power to help me out of a really bad situation. He ended up getting my charges reduced to... a Misdemeanor Battery with an opportunity to do a differed agreement to get the misdemeanor removed from my record completely. Ryan was fully committed to my case and was willing to take my case to jury trial if it came to it.

I cannot express enough how fantastic of an attorney Ryan is! There are two types of attorneys: deal-makers or fighters. Ryan is a fighter. He will fight for your rights and not just encourage you to "take a deal". My case(s) were complicated and very emotionally charged, but Ryan's guidance and assu...rance throughout the whole process brought about the results we were looking for, while keeping the process as even-keeled as possible. Ryan spent many extra hours of his time on my case, and carefully considered all the options we had before us at each turn. He spent time reviewing and practicing testimony over and over again until I was comfortable and ready. He researched all the possible sources of information that could help our case. His efforts were tireless. I hope to never be in the position again where I need to retain his services, but if I do, he's going to be my first call.
