At ease feeling at first meeting !
The anxiety one would normally feeling at an attorneys office when filing bankruptcy for the first time ever, I'm sure is at an extreme high. When my wife and I first visited Mr. Swenson, we immediately felt at ease. Mr. Swenson assured us that everything would be alright. His paralegal, Laura was and has been a tremendous help throughout the process. Mr. Swenson was highly recommended to us through one of my co-workers, and I am very glad I listened to him.

Fantastic!!
From the moment I walked into Mr. Swenson's office, I knew I was in good hands. His front staff were friendly on the phone and in person and seemed to truly care about my financial situation. Mr. Swenson has many years of experience and that was evident by how knowledgable he was about bankruptcy law and how it applied to my case. He took the necessary time with me in order to make me feel comfortable about how to proceed and was very responsive to my needs. He kept me informed from the very beginning through the end of the process and I still feel I could reach out to him if I have any further questions.

Best Company
Mart Swenson Law Firm is the best company to work with. Im working with them on my Bankruptcy filing. They are easy to work with they have answered every question that I have had. They are very knowledgeable. I would certainly hire them again if need be.

Wonderful
WE were losing our home and were nervous. Mart Swenson and his staff helped us keep our home. They responded to every question. We felt confident and thankful for all they did. We filed a chapter 7 and were able to keep all of our stuff and got rid of the debt - big relief!

Great!!!
Very professional. Answered our questions in a timely manner. Very happy with the results of our financial problem. We nearly lost our house but Mr. Swenson was knowledgeable and we were able to keep our home. Very happy with the results.

Poor Service
I wish we would have walked out of his office after the first meeting. We thought since he's had so many years of experience it would be a smooth process. He didn't fully inform us of a problem. He told us it could be a problem but did not elaborate and did not anticipate any issues. Had he done that our fees wouldn't have tripled. I had a bad feeling in that first meeting and I wish I would have gone to any other lawyer. My suggestion.. if you have a bad feeling run don't walk out of that office.
