He took my personal injury case, didnt hear back from him for two months. I called him, he apologized that he hadnt gotten my case rolling and that he was moving forward with my case that day. He also said he was going to get the case filed with the court asap and that his secretary would be calling... me within a week for a deposition. I received no calls or info for over a month, I then left two messages a week for two weeks with no response from John. Finally talked to him today, yep, I was irritated about the blow off.
