At the Law Offices of Jeffrey Klemp LLC in Eau Claire, you work with one person. That is me, Jeffrey Klemp. I am an attorney who loves my job, and here's why:
My career began working as a lawyer for insurance companies. I knew what it was like to focus on quantity over quality, closing as many cases as possible. Not only did I learn about what happens behind closed doors at insurance companies, I saw how many people had their insurance claims denied because they tried to go it alone or had an attorney who didn't put in the time required or were too inexperienced to build a strong case.
After 10 years, I set out on my own to represent the individuals who needed help getting the benefits they are entitled to and badly need. For more than 15 years, my practice has been devoted to giving my clients the kind of representation they deserve. I take a hands-on approach, getting to know them and their injuries, working with their doctors to get the benefits they need, answering their questions and explaining all aspects of the process to them personally.
My clients benefit from my previous experience, because I understand the nuances of the law and the process in Wisconsin like the back of my hand. I know how to build a case insurance companies will take seriously and I know how to get them to keep the process moving as quickly as possible.
