My experience with Mr. Nicastro was that his conduct was unethical. I cannot reveal the specifics of the unethical behavior because to do so would definitively reveal my identity. What I can say is that I placed my trust and confidence in Mr. Nicastro but found it deeply disturbing that he (1) convey...ed inaccurate information and I believe he chose to do so because of a conflict of interest that he did not disclose to me but that I learned of at a later date, and (2) sought to exploit a vulnerable person for his own benefit. I am sure Mr. Nicastro is a skillful attorney, but my twofold experience with him destroyed my confidence in the legal profession. He might be the right choice if you simply want to win regardless of the tactics, but if you are seeking sound, ethical representation, my experience suggests you may want to look elsewhere.
