I'm giving 1 star because I can't do negative amount of stars. I had a very straightforward divorce with no children that I hired him for. He reassured me this would be very simple and straightforward and wouldn't take much time. My ex-husband also had an attorney so I figured that meant that they... were conversing and figuring out the details. There is a 90 day waiting period for divorce in WI, so I called him after a few months and asked when the court date was. He hadn't worked on it at all that entire time, and I had already paid him $3000. I should have fired him then but I already had that much invested in him, so I said get on it man. Overall it took him 1 full year to do the simplest divorce ever, and I still had to pay into my ex-husband. HORRIBLE LAWYER- do not heir! If you do, stay on his ass or he'll ignore the case.

Bennett was hired for a difficult situation. He had enough patience and understanding throughout the entire process. In the end result, I obtained what I had hired him for. If you want an experienced family attorney and someone that will listen to your needs then you would want to hire Bennett. Thank...s for making hard situations..........easy

I would like to personally and highly recommend Bennett Meyers for your Attorney. His knowledge and case preparation was incredible. He will save you money on Attorney Fees with his personal and private formated system. I have been to many Attorneys in my 66 years and Bennett is by far the best.... His honesty and “good guy” demeanor is beyond reproach but, don’t let that fool you, he will be and has been tough when need. From what I could see, he is well liked by the the Judges and trusted by other Attorneys

I do not have much experience with lawyers, but I did talk to a few before deciding on Bennett. He was a good listener. He did not try to push his own agenda or complicate matters to increase his billable hours. He was calm and thorough and thoughtful. He had helpful suggestions when I didn't know wh...at to do. He responded quickly and thoroughly via any medium (text, call, email). Although divorce is never a pleasant experience, I was exceedingly grateful to have had Bennett to help me work through it.
