We worked with Heidi on a family matter. In person she is fine to deal with, however trying to get answers and follow up via email proved cumbersome. Questions were often not answered for a couple days and even worse we did not receive answers to a few follow up questions once our final documents w...ere delivered. That is not what I would expect from a professional.
