Tom, to my knowledge, is now retired. However, in researching his replacement I found bad reviews for him on this site. The fact is, he was known as one of the best lawyers in the state! He handled my divorce case very well. I was at risk of paying half of my ex's $80,000 in student debt. Tom's ...preformance during the divorce trial was the reason I was only ordered to pay a couple thousand of it. He was expensive, but you get what you pay for! That said, he didn't charge me for every phone call and email either. This was in 2008. He's also a calm guy with a good overall personality. I could understand not liking him if you were up against him in court though.
