My practice is divided between representing individuals coping with the challenges and disruptions caused by a personal injury or work injury, and representing those going through the oftentimes difficult and stressful process of divorce.
My negotiation skills and litigation skills serve me well representing clients who have been injured in motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and as a result of dog bites and defective products. If the injury occurs during the course of employment, my expertise in the area of Worker's Compensation has proven successful in maximizing the benefits recoverable for my clients.
The remainder of my practice is devoted to the area of divorce and post-divorce cases. My knowledge and experience in family law includes handling matters involving custody and placement, child support, maintenance, property division, paternity and injunctions. I give these matters the personal attention they deserve because I understand that in addition to fighting for a fair and equitable result, I am also responsible for offering guidance to my clients through a very emotional time in their lives.
