I hired Steve to handle a probate case. Rarely if ever did i hear from Steve. All my questions were referred to his part time paralegals who would answer via email several days after the question was posed. The first paralegal quit early in the case. The second was a part time lady who was actually ...quite polite and nice but seemed to rarely work during normal business hours and rarely returned my calls. They continually lost important documents that i had to re submit dragging out the process and at the end of the case the bill was 50% higher than what i was originally quoted.
