I was suffering from physical disability as well as some mental after falling off a 2 1/2 story brick building on 3rd St., downtown Wausau. I'd fractured 3 spinal vertabrea, a cracked hip, broken fingers, temporary memory problems and was bed-ridden, costing me my employment and leaving me in extrem...e pain just trying to get out of bed to use the bathroom. Meeting with attorney Gray was truly a blessing. He listened to me, gaining every detail pertaining to my accident, asked what my concerns were, what outcome I was seeking, just overall was an amazingly understanding man who didn't make me feel like I was expecting too much from the whole ordeal. I found Mr Robert Gray's profile browsing through this website and by reading the reviews i just had to call. I was able to connect with him after a brief hold which never usually happens at attorneys offices without having to get a call back but I was able to speak with him regarding a case that's ...ongoing that I already have an attorney for but was concerned about possible negligence in the case. Mr Gray is very easy to talk with a very caring demeanor and doesn't make you feel rushed or like your questions are dumb like a lot of other attorneys. He made me feel more at ease about my case and what I should do going forward in 10 minutes than my current attorney has in a year of dealing with him. My only regret is that I didn't contact him sooner, and anyone who is able to retain his services won't be disappointed he really cares about the client not quick fixes. It took awhile, but I am now receiving SSDI. Rob took the time to meet with me in person before agreeing to take my case. On our initial face-to-face meeting, he listened to everything I had to say and informed me about the process and gave me valuable advice, such as getting a hearing test and... going to DVR to try to find work that would accommodate someone with my condition. Being proactive is probably helpful. Every few months he checked-in with me to see if there was any changes or progress in my condition. Eventually I received SSDI. I am grateful for Rob's help.
