A TERRIBLE public defender
All Mr. Bliss is after is a plea bargain, plain and simple. He wanted me to plea to an aggravated battery ( up to 15 years ) even though the medical evidence showed there were NO injuries.

Wouldn't Recommend for a Public Defender
I would suggest if you get Bliss as a public defender that you request a different attorney. He is known for settling cases and doesn't seem to like to go to trial. He can be arrogant and if he disagrees with what you want to do with your case, he lets you know it so the entire courtroom can hear t...
