I would suggest if you get Bliss as a public defender that you request a different attorney. He is known for settling cases and doesn't seem to like to go to trial. He can be arrogant and if he disagrees with what you want to do with your case, he lets you know it so the entire courtroom can hear t...hat he disagrees. He can be kind of intimidating.He also seemed to be annoyed like he didn't want to talk to me when I called him or when he returned my calls. However, he is very knowledgeable and I do think he can be a good lawyer if you get along well with him.
