Jim was my attorney for my family court matter. I could not imagine having a better attorney. He was always prompt replying to my many questions and doing so in a manner that made it easier to understand the law. When he communicated with me he always gave me the different options available to me, ex...plained them, and explained his reasoning for his recommendations. He was spot-on with his recommendations also. He didn't beat around the bush and always gave me straight, honest answers. While I had many what-ifs, he always kept me focused on what was happening now instead of what could happen. I always felt that he had my children's and my best interest in mind, which means a lot, as I've had experiences with other attorneys with whom I didn't feel that way. I hope that I don't need a lawyer in the future, but if I do, I will be hiring Jim again.

Very bad lawyer. We paid him over $8500 to handle a family member's divorce. He was very rude, did not communicate in a timely manner, filed court documents incorrectly. When many questions were asked, he discontinued representation immediately, but not before he requested more money! He really n...eeds to be investigated by a review board.

Jim was my attorney for my divorce. He was more than just an attorney, he became my friend. He genuinely cared about my boys and I. When it came down to it at the end he flat out gave me the truth straight up on what I should do bc he literally stated I could spend thousands and thousands more on him... as an attorney and literally not come out ahead or even in any better shape. The complete HONESTY of an attorney who as MY best interest in mind, ALWAYS responded to me literally immediately or asap, there is absolutely no way you could have a better attorney and more importantly a better person/human who truly cares and clearly was NOT about making more and more money off of me as his client. I have contacted him just in two other matters and he is absolutely nothing but a wonderful, knowledgeable, genuine, sincere and just an amazing intelligent attorney and man. I literally trust only him bc he as never steered me wrong or let me down ever.
