I have the experience you need. I have been lead counsel in many jury trials, and my clients have received every verdict possible, from Not Guilty, to Guilty, to a hung jury, and to a dismissal with prejudice during trial.

I was born in Rapid City. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University, and received my Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall). I later clerked at the Immigration Court in Houston, Texas, through the Department of Justice, and then spent nearly two years above the Arctic Circle in Kotzebue, Alaska, as a legal aid attorney with Alaska Legal Services. I have also worked in the Pine Ridge office with Dakota Plains Legal Services. I spent several years doing nothing but criminal defense, working as a Pennington County Public Defender, fighting both misdemeanors and the most serious felonies both inside and outside the courtroom.
