Vicki worked very hard for me to get the most out of my case. We would brainstorm on certain issues and by mentioning some things Vicki would run with those thoughts and bring new ideas to the table. She listened very attentively and used my paperwork I compiled as well as information from my emplo...yer to get the most for us. Her assistant, Julie was also wonderful.

She did an excellent job of guiding me thru the steps needed to deal with this unfortunate situation.
