All talk no walk
Wouldn't answer emails or phone calls. Two to three weeks later we would finally get a callback from him and when we asked him questions about our case it was like he blow us off not caring about our concerns. Doesn't explain things well, you have to constantly remind him of things that you want done...

Replied last January 18, 2018I am surprised by this review. I don't know who posted this review. I much prefer if someone has a complaint to contact me directly. I pride my self in attempting to return calls and keep clients informed about their case. In fact, our office has established a procedure to offer any client the opportunity to set up a phone conference call time so calls are not missed. The comments about not explaining things well and needing constant reminders do not ring true to me. I take great efforts to make sure clients understand the options available to them, and to help them understand the law. Our office makes sure that client matters are attended to in a timely fashion. I would welcome the person who I would welcome the opportunity to discuss their concerns with them directly.
