Biography
I am partner/shareholder of Everson, Whitney, Everson & Brehm, S.C., concentrating my practice since 1981 in general civil litigation, primarily in corporate and insurance defense of personal injury cases. I have extensive experience in trucking law, representing public utilities in electric and gas accident cases, and representing religious institutions in various actions.
I graduated from Florida State University and received his law degree from Marquette University. I served in the United States Air Force JAG Department as a criminal and administrative trial practitioner from 1976-1981.
I am a former member of the Board of Directors of the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin, serving as the Chair of the Legislative Committee. I am also a member of the Defense Research Institute and is the past President of the Brown County Bar Association. In addition, I frequently present at continuing education seminars, conducted industry and client presentations on a variety of topics, and taught college courses on various subjects in the legal arena.
