Todd George Simon

Mr Simon was hired as my attorney back in 2017. His main focus with my case was getting count one removed, and did everything he could to talk me out of a trial. I felt like I had no fight and no one to fight for me. He gave me a lack of confidence impression on many occasions. My mind was so lost, I... didn't even contemplate on hiring a different attorney instead. Mr Simon didn't like the honest review I left back on Google and he won't be able to get it removed anyways. As it turns out, Edward Burke was speaking with Todd behind my back and they were working together. That's the impression I was getting anyways. Why else would Todd not fight for me? It was revealed by my new attorney Mr Gergen that the police had to 'ask for permission' to arrest me. This was at the Machner hearing in October of 2018. Todd Simon quickly aborted the courtroom upon me taking the stand. Judge Michael T Judge abruptly ended the hearing after the reveal of the New evidence. When Todd would visit me in jail, he gave me the impression that I was going to prison from the get-go. That's also what gave me the impression of a conspiracy. "You're only 31 years old. No one is getting locked up forever!" "I can only get you probation if this was any other County but Oconto." True statements he thought I would never remember. At my sentencing, Judge Michael T Judge stated "and then they met" when no meeting occurred. They needed a reason to justify sending me to prison. "The only reason why we're here is because he placed the ad in the first place." Except for one little minor detail, I was looking for an adult woman not a child. Officer Jamie Kuhn lied in the police report saying that I tried to lure a child to my car. Completely false. I never got out of the car or met anyone. They had to ask for permission to arrest me because I committed no crime. I'm sharing my story with as many people as possible so they can all learn the truth.

He understood this area of the law better than most attorneys I talked to & we were able to get what we wanted. I did feel like he didn't do enough to try and settle this case early so he could squeeze out every dollar. It dragged on for way too long. He seemed unprepared when he stood up in court to... speak & didn't seem confident. I wouldn't count on him to advocate for you. I suggest you prepare what you are going to say to the judge. He did help me understand this area of the law & knew exactly what we needed to settle this case.

Todd managed to get my case dismissed! He is very personable, uses good judgement and is persistent. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable of the law. The case was originally classified a felony and misdemeanor, then lowered to two misdemeanors, then finally dis...missed. I didn't believe it was going to have a good ending, now I understand that stalkers can change things around so that they appear the victim. I am so grateful that justice was served!!!!
