The only good thing I can say is that he was good at keeping us informed regarding my worker's compensation case. After the case closed in March 2013, it was really hard to get in contact with him. He has been avoiding our phone calls (which we even diverted to calling his old law firm for help since... he was with them while working on my case). I just needed to have him send in the necessary paper works regarding my work comp agreement to re-process the unpaid claims through my insurance company before they refuse to pay (the claims not covered under the worker's compensation agreement). It's now been on-going for the last 6 months that I still cannot get him to send in the necessary documents, so to me his action as a lawyer is the type of lawyer who just wants to get paid and not help you after he gets paid.
