Robert A. Maniak is an attorney focusing on civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury defense, and criminal defense. Prior to joining the Everson Law Firm, Robert served in the United States Marine Corps before attending Marquette University Law School.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison following his service in the Marine Corps. He currently lives in Bellevue, Wisconsin.
