Brent Harold DeBord

I asked for the discovery, and he did not give me a recorded interview that was made. I had no idea there even was a recorded interview, I was never allowed to give one to the police when I told them of the abuse by my ex. I told Mr. DeBord of the violence & abuse and in the courtroom right in fron...t of me & without my knowledge or approval, he said "There is the Insanity defense." I was attacked repeatedly, remember specifically, and am not in the least bit insane! A year later I learned of & got the audio interview and on there are blatant lies about me throwing an ashtray, and other things that I COULD HAVE PROVED HE WAS LYING. Neither of us smoked, we didn't have any ashtrays, also I had surgery for shredded ligaments on my wrist and couldn't even lift a fork! Everything could have went in my favor, and now he has moved and it is too late. A little less assuming the woman is crazy and a little more doing what you say you do about domestic violence. Now I will never be believed and forever be labeled the abuser.
