He is great at telling you what he thinks you want or need to hear but when it comes time to contact him regarding a question or comment he will never return your call or letter. He did not respond to the family when they left him messages on his answering machine or with his secretary. He seems to... be too busy to bother with good open client communication and service. He showed up late for court and seems to not care about his client. He seems to do the min to get a job done which may not be in the best interest of the client.
