Top Notch Professional

Brian is top notch. We have partnered together to help a handful of mutual clients and he has always presented himself with the utmost care, professionalism, and gets results! He is good at what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Slip and Fall case

My situation was a slip and fall at the apartment complex I lived in. At first the company whom ran the apartment complex refused to do anything. So, I went to renters’ right’s and they would not take a slip and fall case. I was actually told the answer was to move. This took me back for a momen...t, but did not stop me. I did some more research and found the place I needed to write my concern was the “Department of Agriculture”. After the letter the company then emailed me to have the bills sent to the insurance company. By this time approximately a year and a half passed since the slip and fall and the bill was still not being taken care of. I knew renter’s rights was not going to help and trying to find a lawyer who would take my case was very slim. I called many lawyers and was turned away because of how much time had passed and a slip and fall is difficult to prove in Wisconsin. I must say I was very discouraged and felt hopeless. Being I felt a wrong needed to be addressed, I kept looking for a lawyer. So, by chance I called “Bye|Goff|Rohde” and after talking to Brian about my slip and fall. He took my case A Year and a half later. In the end it was a victory! Afterwards I asked Brian why he took my case. His said it was because of what I said. Bye the way, the slip and fall happened in 2018 and the settlement happened in 2022.

Great lawyer

Brian and his staff were excellent to work with. Every time I contacted them they would talk to me and explain to me the things I had questions on so I could understand them. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent, Grateful

Brian is an excellent lawyer. Even the judge at the end of the trial told the jury they had “witnessed very good lawyering.” Brian presents with maturity and surety that seem to far exceed his years. I really respect the way he used his talent and coupled it with a competitive nature to get results... and yet at the same time always showed genuine concern, consideration of my opinions, and patience with me during the entire process. Going to trial is nobody’s desire, but when I took the stand, Brian made it very easy for me to say the truth. I felt assured by his command of all the details and I truly appreciated his best efforts. Making that phone call to Bye, Goff, and Rhode was one of the best decisions. I would highly recommend Brian and I want to thank him and his staff. The results speak for themselves!!

Brian Laule review

Brian is a very knowledgeable attorney, pays very close attention to detail. He presents himself in a very sure manner. He has made sure that my questions were answered and that I knew and understood what to expect through the entire process. My case ended up going to court...at that time I was ver...y apprehensive about the idea of going to court. Brian was again was very encouraging and confident, in return making me feel secure in our decision and the outcome was very favorable for us. The out come was what Brian said all along. His confidence shined thru. My husband and myself thru all of this has been very pleased with Brian and his professionalism. We believe word of mouth is the best advertising. And we will spread the word. Thank you Brian Laule
