Kyle Schaffer

I practice primarily in the areas of business and civil litigation, municipal law, and real estate disputes. Additionally, I assist clients as they navigate through the complexities of criminal defense and family law matters. My goal is to solve my client’s problem in the most favorable and cost-effective manner.

I knows what it means to work hard and get my hands dirty. My first job was as a paperboy at age 11. Since that time I have built a diverse work history which includes special education, construction, and operating small businesses. Prior to joining Bakke Norman, I worked as a law clerk in a mid-size civil defense litigation firm and a small criminal defense firm. I also volunteered as a law clerk with the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans. I draw from this extensive work history to understand and serve the unique needs of my clients.

When I am not wearing a suit and tie, you may find me wearing Army fatigues. As an infantry officer in a Wisconsin Army National Guard Scout Sniper Platoon, I take pride in serving my community and country. I look forward to applying that same work ethic and dedication to each of my clients.
