Jens Hubert Loberg

Jens is super nice but will not fight for you, will not fight or bring up evidence in hand, will avoid actually going to court at all costs, even if the welfare of children are at stake. But sure will take your money, especially when his lack of standing up for his client means more money because of ...having to constantly go back to him when issues not resolved from previous "agreements" rear their ugly heads again and again.

I got Jens loberg as an attorney appointed by the courts, after the court dismissed my prior lawyer of 1 1/2 years that was working my case and had all the evidence and files and other significant evidence that proved my case. My prior attorney also obtained an offer from the DA in writing dismissing.../reducing charges, and included no jail time. Immediately upon first meeting Jens Loberg he had no notes, no evidence, he had nothing transferred to him from a 3 inch stack of files from the prior attorney, I asked when he was getting those files and notes to which he exclaimed to his knowledge there were no files or evidence transfered to him and he never did obtain any of the evidence for my defense. While Jens Loberg was very consistent with communication, he also went immediately to the DA to explain to her everything we discussed directly after our meetings and I have the email corrospondence still saved in my files, Jens knew full well that constantly talking to the DA and even telling her what I was disclosing to him as far as what I wanted to happen was wrong and gave the DA leverage. Towards the end of my case, the DA in a hearing presented a statement from a man who claimed to be a witness but had not filed a report in the year and a half of litigation and investigations up until Jens Loberg was assigned to me. The man claiming to be a witness was the plaintiffs extra marital affair partner in our marriageand his statement in whole claimed He had video taped my wife and myself through our window with his cell phone several times, Jens Loberg did nothing to challenge the DA on the witness window peeping and video recording my ex wife and I without either of us ever having a clue he did it, however the witness later claimed he showed the video's to my ex- wife and they decided to delete the videos, therefore a witness claimed to have illegally video recorded me in my own home outside of my window but stated he no longer had the videos. Again Jens Loberg made absolutely no effort to challenge that witness or the DA. Jens Loberg also failed to review the preliminary hearing records in which 2 sherriffs officers under oath testified my ex wife had no bruises, no red marks, no swelling, no scratches, no wounds whatsoever, the house was not out of order, yet my ex wife claimed I punched her in the face 12-15 times, kicked her in the head with steel toe boots, stangled her and through her into walls and a television. Again Jens Loberg did nothing to challenge the DA for the contradictory evidence. In fact what happened in my case was that my ex-wife had a melt down threw our 3 month old child 4 feet across the room onto a bed and began throwing pots and pans several of which came within inches of striking our 3 month old daughter in the head, my ex- wife admitted doing those things to 2 different judges, law enforcement and added that she had tried to stab me with a butcher knive, because I had told her I was done with the marriage and the constant violent outburst. The one thing I did do was tell my ex- wife that I would pysically put her down if she attempted to injure our child again, which the DA charged me with Felony intimidation, while dismissing felony battery and felony assault due to the sherriffs testimony my ex-wife had no marks on her at all. In the end, right before my final hearing Jens Loberg approached me with an offer to plead guilty to the felony due 9 months in jail and 3 years of probation, then stating to me with my family present that if I didn't take the offer and went to trial I would go to prison for 10-15 years. My prior attorney had told me prison, let alone jail time was not even a possibility as the evidence that included audio, text, 911 tapes were overwhelming that my ex-wife launched this vicious attack against me because I was ending the marriage. I was so scared at what Jens Loberg told me that I accepted the offer out of fear. 2 yrs later my ex-wife severely beat our child.
