Paul Douglas Polacek

Paul was my attorney for my divorce which turned into a long custody battle over my daughter. I truly believe most attorneys would have given up on my case and not followed through. I retained Paul Polacek to represent me in an accident case. He was slow to respond to any corresponance. He let the statutes of limitations (3years) run out on my case. I retained another attorney who said I should sue for malpractice , which I did. The court has ruled a summary judgement in my fa...vor. I am awaiting jury trial for determination of damages. Unfortunately Paul Polacek does not carry malpractice insurance.
