Rebecca M. Richards-Bria

I have worked with plenty of lawyers and she was awful. Rebecca was hired by the court to be my daughters guardian ad litem (my daughters court appointed lawyer who is supposed to represent my daughters best interest). I gave her reports of my ex-husbands tendency to try and sleep with underage girls... as well as extensive history with drugs and domestic violence. She claimed his past didn't matter and refused to take any information I gave her into consideration. Then halfway through the court proceedings my ex was arrested for child enticement -sexual contact and possession of paraphernalia. Hmmmmm who was right??? Now I have a large bill and she refused to call me back since he was arrested (3 weeks ago), but she had 3 phone conferences with his family members (THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR) but doesn't call me back or any of my family members back. Rebecca has made it pretty clear she does not care for me much, but I would think that she would be professional enough to just represent my daughters best interest even if she thought me to be a little annoying just because I call her too much. HER DAD IS A SICKO AND ABUSES WOMEN AND CHILDREN AND ABUSES DRUGS and I am the childs mother of course I am going to call a lot, I don't want my daughter going back to her abusive father. My opinion may change if something else changes in the next few hearings but as of now I would highly recommend NO ONE HIRE THIS WOMAN!!!
