Fantastic Attorney: a bit slow on the draw

Mark represented me in a matter where I sued a crooked property manager for mismanaging my property, causing damage, and losing my tenants. If you have plenty of time for things to work out, Hazelbaker is a fantastic attorney!! Very smart, very knowledgeable, very interested in both your interest...s and doing things right. And frankly, for most legal cases, the best way to proceed is unrushed. He's not billing you for time passed. But the passage of time softens the stubbornness of your opponent, makes them more reasonable, and allows more relevant facts to come to the surface and sort themselves out. So he does not rush things through. If you are not in a huge hurry (like you have a year or more) you'll get great service, a much better outcome, and pay a very reasonable price!! Plus, he's a super-nice guy, easy to talk to, knows your case, knows the law, explains everything to you, honors your wishes, and is willing to go to the matt for you.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
