Mr. Miller provided excellent service and brought about prompt resolution to a messy problem with regard to a lease and the parties to the lease. He was prompt and insightful and a strong advocate for his client. He treated all parties to to the conflict fairly and did an exceptional job getting the ...parties to agree to the amendment to the contract. HIs fees were reasonable and his knowledge of the legal issues superb. I recommend him without reservation and am extremely grateful for both his kindness and his professionalism.

Ethan did a superb job for us in every regard. After leasing a new apartment, which we were then unable to move into due to severe pet odor left by the previous tennants, the landlord nevertheless refused to release us from our 12 month lease, and also retained our security deposit. Our own repea...ted registered letters to both the management firm and owner had not even been acknowleged. Within two weeks of my first call to Ethan, he had obtained both a written release from all obligation, as well as the return of our full deposit plus interest. This was the best possible outcome we could have hoped for. Ethan was prompt in all communication and kept us informed at every step of the process. Although this had the potential to turn into a bigger and somewhat expensive mess for us, it was still, no doubt, a small matter for an attorney, yet Ethan never treated it (or us) as such, and we felt well represented and well cared for throughout. I would not hesitate to work with him again, and would gladly retain him for any legal matters in the future, whether large or small.
