Phenomenal........

Mr Rice has represented myself and my wife and throughout the whole process conducted himself as a professional at all times. We could call and talk directly to him probably 90% of the time. The case results were above and beyond what we expected as Richard and Mike Fox fought our case while keeping ...my wife and my interests and her physical condition in mind.... Thx Richard You’re a Super Lawyer in our book.....

Excellent & Thorough Representation

Richard (Dick) Rice represented me on two cases involving my former employer in Madison, WI. He was often my voice of rationale and helped me feel confident that what I was experiencing was in fact discrimination and I was not imagining things. He also helped me process through the various feelings... and insecurities that accompany discrimination in the workplace. He was very attentive to every document we presented to support my legal position and made himself available to me via email and phone over the course of the entire process which lasted more than one year in each case. I felt extremely supported by Dick throughout both processes and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to represent any person. As a Black woman it was a relief to have my experience validated by Dick he was and is a true ally. I was able to obtain a satisfactory settlement with both of my cases and I am not sure I would have had the same success with another attorney. As I said before I worked with him twice and I hope I don't encounter another situation where I need him but if I did I would certainly use him again. I have since recommended him on multiple occasions and will continue to do so.

Definitely Recommended

In my experience I have retained several lawyers and have found Attorney Rice of Fox & Fox to be of excellent quality. Unlike other lawyers that were indifferent, Rice is very dependable with transparency, returning emails and phone calls which is consistent with Fox & Fox's positive reputation. Rice... has many years of experience, listening ears, solid advice and a polite confidence that comes with it. Rice is particularly quick-witted in depositions and Hearings, and is definitely ethical. So overall, I have found him to be a trusted protector and partner with my legal matters which has given me peace of mind. Attorney Rice has earned my recommendation.

Arrogant, manipulative & a very bold liar

This guy intentionally set me up to fail in favor of employers who he gave me legal advice to file complaints against by providing worthless information to the organization that investigated my claims. Given the worthless information he provided the organization as support for my claims, it is quite ...obvious he intended to make sure I did not win the case. After giving me advice to file a second complaint against another employer, he walked away from the matter as if he had no obligation to represent me. Although there is much more to say about what actually happened and how it happened, I am still fighting to get the Office of Lawyer Regulation to show some kind of integrity by pursuing a proper investigation to bring this guy to justice for all the wrongdoings he committed. His only purpose in taking my case was to make sure I failed. Without realizing it until it was way too late, I actually paid him to set me up to fail. Evidentiary materials in form of emails and other documents I presented to the Ofice of Lawyer Regulations clearly shows or prove my point to be factual. Unfortunately, living in a racist and corrupt city like Madison makes it quite hard for clear and concise evidence to prevail against a culprit who is looked upon as being a so called "well respected civil rights lawyer." ONLY IF PEOPLE REALLY KNEW!!!! From my understanding, this guy has been selfishly manipulating the law and his clients "for the longest" now. Its too bad to see that people like him have the great ability to use and abuse others the way he does without remorse. Worst yet, he utilizes valuable resources that is supposed to be in favor of the victim to help him cover up his illegal actions. Birds of a feature clearly flock together!! So far, it has been at least eight long years of dealing with total dishonesty and corruption of the system by those who have decided to take it upon themselves to make matters much more convenient for the wrongdoers regardless of the amount of clear, compelling, and concise evidence presented. These type actions of protecting the wrong must end some way somehow regardless of some people's racist ways or their intent to exploit their racism towards those they do not like. In due time, I plan to expose everything he did, how he did it, who he used during the process, and why he did what he did, etc. Besides, people have the right to know all about lawyers like him who is arrogantly disrespecrful towards some of his clients, the law, and the court(s). It must be nice to have the ability to utilize the resources of an organization that was established to discipline lawyers like himself who violate and disrespect the laws and rules without facing consequences for his actions. There is plenty of palpable and compelling information to be shared which points directly to who this guy really is. The problem is that none of the evidence is being taken seriously, reviewed impartially or objectively according to procedures or the law. I have many distasteful, but truthful words to describe this individual, those who are protecting him, and the law firm he works for. Please DO NOT be misled by the profession and phony or elevated Internet ratings. This guy is really bad news for some people. Most disturbing is the fact he is being very well protected by those who manipulate the system in ways to make sure he is shielded from any prosecution or disciplinary actions. I have total proof of my claims against him. The main problem is my inability to find an attorney who is willing to challenge him, his sleazy firm, and the Office of Lawyer Regulation. Once the evidence is presented and reviewed objectively and impartially as it should, it will become much more clear as to who and what he really is. Regardless of the fact he is being protected by the organization that was established to discipline him for his wrongdoings, his actions of committing fraud on the court will provide me the time I need.

I pride myself in open, honest and complete communication with both Clients and potential Clients. Almost all persons thank me for my honesty and directness, which is why I and our firm are recognized by our colleagues and clients in our practice of law. I disagree with and dispute every non-specific allegation stated by "Glendale" who is under court order to have no contact with me or the firm under threat of being incarcerated. Strange, but true.

We won. Attentive, quick responses, hire this guy.

Mr. Rice represented me in a labor issue. As a state employee, it is daunting to take on the Department of Administration. Our case went all the way to the WERC (WI Employee Relations Commission). We won our case and the state had to pay my legal fees and my discipline was reversed and removed from ...my personnel file. Very quick to reply to my queries, and he listened to what I had to say. I don't care much for attorneys in general, but Richard is a winner.
