Jennifer L. Amundsen

I practice primarily in the areas of intellectual property; technology and the Internet, including data protection and privacy; contracts and agreements; and business law. I also have a small practice in the niche area of animal law.

I have significant experience counseling individuals and businesses in connection with registration and enforcement of copyright and trademark rights; license agreements; legal issues involving technology and the Internet; confidentiality and non-compete agreements; and other intellectual property matters. I also provide counseling in the area of business law, where I have a particular interest in contract drafting and negotiation. This encompasses a wide variety of contract matters, from commercial leases to website Terms of Service.

In addition, I  assist animal owners and breeders, veterinarians, sportsmen and hobby clubs with issues involving companion animals and horses. This includes such matters as puppy, co-ownership, stud dog and handling agreements; equine purchase agreements; club business, such as dispute resolution; and other business and personal legal needs for breeders, sportsmen, hobbyists and owners of animal-related businesses.
