As a trilingual attorney (English, Mandarin, and Cantonese), I bring a unique cross-border perspective to my practice, with experience advising on both U.S. immigration law and China-related business matters. My earlier work included legal research and transactional support involving foreign investment in China, tax compliance, regulatory requirements, and drafting commercial agreements between U.S. and Chinese entities.

I now focus my practice on U.S. immigration law, representing clients nationwide and internationally. I assist employers, professionals, and families with a wide range of matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, J-1, and B visas, as well as employment-based permanent residence (EB-1, EB-2, NIW) and family-based immigration petitions.

I have successfully helped numerous clients obtain and maintain lawful status in the United States, with a practice built on careful case management, attention to detail, and clear communication with both clients and government agencies. Many of my clients come from international backgrounds, and I am committed to providing practical, strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals.
