Tough RFE for a recent NIW case

OUTCOME: Approved!

We were sent a very general RFE for a strong NIW case asking for clarification of framework we used to petition and more evidence to demonstrate our client's incredible credential; in the meantime, the ... y requested evidence that has been submitted in the original package. I discussed with my client very extensively about responding strategies, and we ended up writing a firm and respectful RFE response detailing all the viable evidence we submitted, proposed the way of evaluating our case by re-examining the totality of our evidence, and educated USCIS in why we considered them might be misinterpreting the law.
