A Great Lawyer

I hired Christopher to assist me with a family law matter which is always an extremely stressful experience. I was very confident and prepared by the time we attended my hearing because of Christopher’s thorough research - he was extremely organized and has years of experience. He is an excellent ...and timely communicator and guided me through every step of the way. Christopher welcomed all of my questions and did an excellent job of calming all of my anxiety. I would wholeheartedly recommend Attorney Krimmer to anyone.

Kind, competent, articulate, professional!

I was referred to Christopher by a divorce attorney in Milwaukee who was one of his law school students years ago. I hired him for my divorce and I found him to be very clear & honest in his advice as he explained clearly how the law works so I understood all of my options. He was priced fairly and h...e was frugal with my money and only charged me for the time he spent on my case. He always returned my calls and emails and was very accessible which made me feel like I was an important client even though I think I might have been a small case and he is really sought after, I never felt that way!! He is kind, diplomatic, listens, professional, knowledgeable and articulate. He would take my ramblings and turn them into the most eloquent written word. We should all be so skilled! At a stressful time in my life I was so relieved to know that my divorce was in the hands of a competent and kind attorney. I recommend him with enthusiasm!

Great lawyer and supporting staff

We recently went through a change of primary placement for our daughter. Honestly, we met with Christopher and Cody because the lawyer we wanted to meet with was busy. He was nice enough to do the discovery meeting and get our case going for the other lawyer. (He made time for us, even though he k...new we weren't there for him). Very quickly we realized they were the right choice for us and there was no reason to meet with, what we thought, was our first choice lawyer. Both Christopher and Cody did a wonderful job of quickly communicating with us and explaining the process. While we were prepared to take this all the way to court, thankfully, we came to an agreement prior. They handled the paperwork and the next thing we knew, our 13yr old daughter is living a new life with us and attending her new school in less than a month. Had this gone to court, I would've been confident in Christopher's ability. However, it speaks to his ability that it didn't come to that. A very well worded stipulation and court order request made the case very clear to the mother that she wasn't going to win. The fight was over before it began. If you're looking for an excellent lawyer with amazing support staff who really care about the outcome of your case, look no further. Thank you Christopher and Cody!

An Extraordinary Attorney

I hired Christopher after meeting with well over a dozen other highly regarded divorce attorneys in the Madison area. I knew choosing my divorce attorney was going to be a huge, life-altering decision, (after all, (obviously most importantly) custody of my kids and my assets were on the line) so I de...voted a TON of time and research into making my decision the right one. Christopher immediately stood out during our consultation as extremely bright, knowledgable, experienced, savvy, patient, quick to answer every question with in-depth responses, understanding of how upset I was but informing me of the process, up-front/honest about some of the challenges we might face regarding my case (no sugar coating), and remarkably kind. I researched him at nauseum and found nothing but excellent client and peer reviews prior to hiring him. The aforementioned qualities did not change or fade one bit during my entire experience and time with Christopher and his availability and communication was always top-notch. Christopher's going to tell you what is best for you as his client, even if it's not what you want to hear because you're angry, irrational, or spiteful. He had a way of refocusing me on our long-term goals during my times of anger, feeling hopeless, and irrationality during my divorce--that was really important in retrospect. Divorce is a terrible thing to go through, no matter who you hire, but I know I was extremely lucky to have Christopher's experience, knowledge, and reassuring/kind nature on my side. The fact that he's a remarkably kind, caring, and decent man is icing on the cake; it just so happened the brightest and best attorney I could find had those qualities. Again, I was very lucky to find him. Christopher was seemingly one step ahead of my wife's attorney at every turn. He will fight for you and he's VERY sharp and bright. He's truly excellent at what he does. I never hesitated to contact him with questions or concerns, but ultimately I let him utilize his expertise in the decision making department; something I'm so glad I did now that reflect on my experience. Going through all that I did without his experience, extraordinary expertise, and calming presence by my side is unimaginable in retrospect. Divorce is terrible, no couple thinks it's going to be them. However, it happens and you're going to need a great, not good, attorney fighting for you when it does--and Christopher is amazing at what he does. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the outcome of my case. I can't recommend Christopher enough.

Highly Recommended

Attorney Krimmer was recommended to me after I was not satisfied with the attorney currently handling my divorce. I immediately found Christopher to be responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He guided me through the painful process with compassion and helped me keep the bigger picture in sigh...t. He kept me well informed and articulated the law and my options. My divorce was resolved as timely and smoothly as it did, due to Christopher's competence and responsiveness. I believe without him representing me, my divorce would have taken much longer with less positive results. I highly recommend Attorney Krimmer.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I have known Christopher for over a decade, first as a colleague and now, frequently, as opposing counsel in divorce and paternity cases. Words that come to mind when describing Christopher include exceedingly experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough. He is a kind-hearted individual, but a tenacious advocate who keeps his client's best interests in mind at all times. He'll fiercely represents his clients' interests, but will do so in a professional and reasonable manner. Christopher is an excellent writer, speaker, and mediator, and is highly respected among attorneys, commissioners, and judges in and around Dane County. He is on my short list of attorneys to whom I refer parties in need of excellent counsel. I highly endorse Christopher Krimmer."
